Average temperature year-round: 28-33°C. There are no significant climate fluctuations. This is not Russia — it is always warm here.
Three Seasons
November — February (cool season): The best time. Temperature 25-30°C, minimal rainfall, low humidity. High tourist season — corresponding prices.
March — May (hot season): The hottest months, up to 35-38°C. Air conditioning is a must. Little rain.
June — October (rainy season): Rain is usually short — 30-60 minutes, after which the sun comes out again. Rain most often falls in the afternoon.
Should you be afraid of the rainy season?
No. This is not the monsoons of Phuket. In Pattaya, the rains are short and predictable. After the rain, the air becomes fresh and pleasant. Many expats consider the rainy season the best time: the greenery is brighter, there are fewer tourists, and prices are lower.
Best Time to Buy Real Estate
For viewing and purchasing: Low season (June-October). Less competition, sellers are more flexible, flight and hotel prices are lower.
For living: Pattaya is comfortable at any time of the year. The difference between seasons is minimal.
Promotions
During the low season, developers and sellers often offer discounts and promotions. This is a good time for a profitable purchase.
